I was so lucky and blessed that Gurujee decided to renew my thread on that happy Guru Purnima day in London. My old thread from the Sacred thread Ceremony, marking my initiation into discipleship in India back in the 90's, had become very worn out and frayed and all the bright colours had run out during subsequent journeys to and from Gurujee's home in Benares.
