Mehboob Nadeem
'Born into a highly illustrious family of traditional musicians of the Agra Gharana, Mehboob is the grandson of the legendary Ustad Vilayat Hussain Khan (Pranpiya) and Gayan Samrat Ustad Azmat Hussain Khan (Dilrang).
Endowed with a rich melodious and sonorous voice, Mehboob was initiated in the art of music at a very young age by his father Ustad Yakub Hussain. He then began his sitar training under the guidance of his uncle Shri Rafat Khan. He is now under the guidance of world renowned sitar maestro Pandit Arvind Parikh.'

'A gifted artist, Mehboob possesses a keen, aesthetic sense and a matured ability in the development and rendering of a raga. Under the devoted teaching of his Guru and mentor Pandit Arvind Parikh he has excelled in perfecting the techniques and style of the legendary sitar maestro Ustad Vilayat Khan. He is a widely-respected sitar player who is acknowledged as one of the most accomplished of the present generation of the Vilayatkhani Gharana and is known to be one of the best sitar players in the UK.'
Oxford Gamelan Society
The Oxford Gamelan Society is one of Britain’s foremost amateur gamelan groups. The society meets every Wednesday in term time under the direction of Pete Smith, to play on a heirloom gamelan, Kyai Madu Laras (Venerable Sweet Harmony) belonging to the Bate Collection of Musical Instruments, in the Faculty of Music at the University of Oxford.
Conrad Weiskrantz - Video Editor
Conrad joined Oxford University's ETRC (Educational Technology Resources Centre) in 1996 as Video Editor and since then has "never looked back". During his time there he has inspired many with his enthusiasm, and with his knowledge of video editing and IT, he has helped people not only to fulfill their ideas and projects but also to enable their projects to become visible.
With great attention to detail and and an eye for what matters most Conrad never lets you down. Although hard at work within the University he still makes time for his friends and family, music, tattoos and motorbikes.

Tomorrow's Warriors champion, develop and promote the most diverse collective of gifted and talented jazz musicians in the UK. Their programs are open to all, though they have a special focus on young people from the African diaspora and girls.
The company is a weekend resident at Southbank Centre, London and an Associate Artist of Turner Sims, Southampton, and (from April 2017) at Rich Mix, London delivering a unique programme comprising learning and participation, artist development and professional performances. In addition to our core programmes we offer a range of bespoke music education programmes in schools, arts venues and community centres across the UK and internationally.
