Oxford Kirtan 18th February 2024

Another great evening for Oxford Kirtan chanting.  Hari Kirtan and Vrindavan Eshvari have recently returned home from some years in India and we had a wonderful uplifting session at the Oxford Centre for Hindu Studies. Hari’s voice has an impressive range and dynamic quality and he supported himself on guitar so that soon people were joining in with clapping. Kunja, their daughter, was playing mridangam drum and expertly held the beat while Vrindavan’s harmonium and voice flowed into this rich blend of sound.
