Oxford Tabla visited the small exhibit outside the music library on percussion at McGill with a section on the tabla ensemble and Pandit Sharda Sahai, our Guruji. Although closed Theo, a student of percussion and specialising in tabla with Shawn Mativetsky let us in to have a peek. We are admiring the tablas which belonged to our Guruji and you can see him here in the photo on the steps of McGill when he visited many years ago. See some more photos below -
